In case you missed some bittersweet news Koko FitClub’s doors are closing and is now officially becoming Fits & Wells. I will always believe in the importance of what you loved about Koko and continue serving you with the workouts you’ve come to know and love. I’ve realized now that Koko was just a part of your fitness journey and I want to continue to be a part of the rest of that journey.

Fits & Wells will be a place where you can continue improving and optimizing your health in the best ways possible. I hope you’ll join me!

What is Fits & Wells?

I’m dedicated to providing fitness solutions and services for you to become your healthiest. Through Fits & Wells I will help you invest in your health in efficient & effective ways. I’ll continue to provide you with great custom workouts and nutrition plans, but I’m also adding things like premium coaching services, classes with industry leading experts, a new app/website to help me better coach you 1:1, and other resources and tools to help you live your healthiest life.

Why did you change from Koko to Fits & Wells?

Koko FitClub is closing and with that it’s an old business with an old model. Fits & Wells is a new and different business, with a different model so it requires a fresh start. While we will continue to provide you with Koko style workouts if you so please, we are excited to provide you with other great products & services as well. Fits & Wells will be a place where you can imrove and optimize your health in in a variety of ways.

How will this affect Koko membership?

Not to worry! All Koko memberships and contracts will be cancelled as of January 31 and no further payments will be drafted. If you are interested in any of Fits & Wells services and offers you will start fresh with a completely new account and plan with me. If not then no further action is necessary!

Should I expect any changes with communication?

Yes. Starting February 15th all emails will come from Coach Rem or Fits & Wells. Please be on the lookouts for emails from me. If you no longer want to hear from me at all. Cue the tears… Then you can simply hit the unsubscribe button or email me personally and I will remove you from the list. BUT I strongly encourage you to stay connected as it will be the next best thing I can give you aside from personally training with me!

When will Koko officially close it’s doors?

While we will be in the process of movig everything you are more than welcome to come workout up until February 15th when the doors will literally be closed.

Will you still have Koko machines?

I’ve been working hard on a new product and service to help you continue knowing exactly what to do and exactly how to do it. I’m making it as easy to use, and you’ll be able to workout wherever you want. Smartrainers will not be part of the new system due to logistics and legalities.
